He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 2003. Dr. Goldberg has an interest in democracy and democratic norms in Latin America and the Caribbean Community\, U.S. foreign policies\, and international relations. \n  \n  \nBrandy Johnson is a decorated and widely published Assistant Professor with Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School. While in private practice\, Professor Johnson specialized in Illinois and Missouri workers’ compensation law and appellate advocacy\, and gained experience in premises liability\, personal injury\, products liability\, and other areas of insurance defense. She serves on the board for the Illinois Chapter of the United Spinal Association. \n  \n  \nThis event is co-hosted with AAUW – Naperville.
