On July 17, the League of Women Voters of Naperville, along with its allied organizations, the American Association of University Women-Naperville Area (AAUW), the National Organization of Women (NOW), and the National Council of Jewish Women Illinois (NCJW), organized and participated in a stand-up demonstration on the Washington Street bridge as part of the national John Lewis Good Trouble Lives On events.
